PRANAYAMA- FOUNDATIONS
Two 30 minute sessions working with the 9 part breath – Mahat Yoga Pranayama. Session 1- Supine with gentle easing out movements in between focussed attention on Sectional Breathing. Session 2 - Standing and sitting. More dynamic movements and Asana.

EARLY STAGES
A 60 minute flowing session of Yoga for those fairly new to Yoga incorporating easing out movements, basic stretching, relaxation and basic breathing.

YOGA AND POLARITY
A 65 minute session of flowing Yoga practice which combines Asana with Rhythmical breathing patterns and deep relaxation to influence the dynamics of the major body energy flows – prana and apana. The practice aims to bring about an alignment in the Pancha Kosha – the 5 ‘sheaths’ or dimensions to our being.

PRANAYAMA - BALANCING AND PURIFYING
A 70 minute session of flowing Yoga practice based around the practice of Nadi Shodanah with Savitri Rhythms (balancing) and Classical Rhythms (purifying).

SURYA NAMASKAR
Two 30 minute sessions.
Session 1- Surya Namaskar with ‘altered’ breathing patterns aimed at maximising the flexibility and potential of the breathing mechanism.
Session 2 - A meditation through the Chakras with affirmations relating to their elemental connections – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Akash, with Mind and Spirit representing Ajna and Sahasrara.
